A selection of works by Cirva that tries to highlight the outstanding moments of the creation of the artists who measured each other with the glass during these thirty years of residences. This is what the exhibition, divided in two sections, is about and which opens April 9, 2018 at 'Le stanze del Vetro'. "A furnace in Marseilles - International Centre of Research on Glass and Plastics Arts/Cirva" this is the project invented by Fondazione Giorgio Cini and Pentagram Stiftung, which evolve inside Stanze del Vetro and Fondazione Querini Stampalia. 17 artists and two chapters of the exhibition, both curated by Isabelle Reiher, manager of Cirva of Marseille, and by Chiara Bertola, supervisor of Contemporary Art of Querini. Exhibition: Le stanze del vetro In particular, inside Le stanze del vetro, will be presented the history of Cirva with the works and the artists that have been part of an important section of the collection: Larry Bell, Lieven De Boeck, Pierre Charpin, Erik Dietman, Tom Kovachevich, Giuseppe Penone, Jana Sterbak, martin Szekely, Bob Wilson and Terry Winters. The exhibition will close July 29. Exhibitions: Fondazione Querini Stampalia At Fondazione Querini Stampalia, inside the Contemporary Spaces At the third floor, will be presented instead the work of eight artists: Douve Allouche, James Lee Byars, Giuseppe Caccavale, Hreinn Fridfinnsson, Philippe Pareno, Francisco Tropa, Remo Salvadori, Jana Sterbak. The exhibition will close June 24.
