On the day dedicated to lovers, you can take part in a sweet and dancing event held in the Ridotto Hall of the historic Palazzo Dandolo near St. Mark Square. Today, the palazzo is part of the hotel Monaco, where the guests will enjoy hot chocolate and Venetian carnival sweets in a festive atmosphere.
A baroque ensemble will accompany the Dance Master and his partner during their dance lesson. You'll learn the basic steps of period dances, and will be able to replicate them easily. It's not necessary to come with a partner nor to know how to dance.
