The apartement is located on first floor (just one flight) of a seventeenth-century building it takes 5 minutes to Rialto bridge and 8 minutes to St. Mark Square.

The apartment which was restored in 2008 (heating system and A/C) consist in a kitchen (microwave oven, fridge, Tv), living room with sofa bed, double room with a supply bed on request (2-5 pax), bathroom with shower.

The apartment is provided of bed linen and towels (after a week we change all the deb linen and towels)

The nearest boat stop is the Rialto bridge.
