The Venice Biennale is renowned the world over for its International Exhibition of Cinematographic Art, for the International Exhibitions on Art and Architecture, for its Festivals of Music and Theatre as well as the most recent Festival of Dance. The Venice Biennale is also particularly active during the Carnival period thanks to the Children’s Carnival, the event organised to coincide with the Venice Carnival which includes an astonishing programme of workshop activities and events associated with creative activities.
